Paper Preparation Guidelines
The papers will be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 8 pages
in the given format. Authors are encouraged to produce full papers for review,
although a reasonably complete paper of at least 4 pages should be OK, as long
as a reviewer does not feel it is too preliminary to judge merits.
For example, if you provide some experiments to show an approach has been
implemented and tested but describe some current more complete experiments,
that should be fine. The more complete the better for acceptance.
