A conference dinner will be held at MOYO at Spier. The cost per person will amount to R350.00. Accompanying persons are also welcome at an additional R350.00 per person (please register accordingly).

Wednesday will be allocated for an enjoyable wine tour and leisurely lunch in the wine district. The following itinerary will be followed:
- KWV Wine Emporium
- Stellenbosch University and Historical
- Fairview Cheese & Wine Farm
- Light Lunch at the Goatshed (Fairview)
- 2 Wine Tastings
- Cellar Tour
- The drivers, guides (accredited), air conditioned transport, fuel.
- All entrance fees and tasting fees as per itinerary.

Light lunch at Goatshed (Fairview) Herewith some options served with a soft drink or coffee:
- Chicken Pie served with salad & mashed potato
- Caprese salad with mozzarella, pesto and crostini
- Chicken breast strips set on baby salad leaves, served with seasonal fruit
- Stir fried springbok, baby leaves & roast veggies
- A Selection of Bagels or Paninis
- A Selection of Goatshed Quiches with a baby leaf salad
